Anyone played it?
Got it for Christmas and I've downloaded it to my computer, but I haven't had time to get started with it yet. What do you guys think about it? Anyone? Bueller? |

Always wanted these, just never got around to them. I had a bud give me his used copy of Never Winter Nights 2 but my beastie has kittens, soooo I finally tracked down a faster cpu for this ancient motherboard. Imagine a 4 year old motherboard being put in a newer machine, crap... I've only had this thing 14 months. Twas supposed to be current tech when I bought it. I found one in Texas for 80 bucks. Have yet had the chance to install it. I think I might let a pro do it. Ram is easy, this is a tad different, this way if'n he screws it up it's a replacement on him.
Once that's in, then a memory upgrade and I should be ready once again to dip into the world of current games... Have ya had a look at The Witcher yet? Man, almost wet myself just seeing the opening movie. Tk |

I haven't seen the Witcher... but I think i've heard of it. I'll keep my eyes out...

Sounds like fun but I refuse to play any game that has a monthly fee. I'm already shelling out $100/month for our crappy internet and cable, I'm not paying another 15 to 20 bucks to play a MORG, or a PORG, or a DORK or whatever the nerds call them. Besides, I see what that guy at work is like who's addicted to Warcraft, I'd rather die than turn into him.

Hubby played it for a very long period of time.
I tried it out but I really disliked the gameplay. That is just me though. ---
