After the blood curdling success of the 2006 event, we're staking our claim to 2007 with this new date! The 2006 version put Chicago Fangoria on the map in a huge way: the biggest and best horror media convention to hit the Midwest in years! We're so appreciative for the giant crowds, major sponsor and vendor support and for all the nice feedback! Fans have made Chicago Fango a new tradition and we're thrilled to be back in 2007 for more horrific fun!

Friday: 1pm - 3pm Weekend attendees Pre-registration: come down early to get your credentials set for the weekend! Not a necessity but a convenience.
Friday: 3pm - 8pm Convention Hours featuring headliner appearances by

Saturday Night: 9pm - ??? FANGORIA'S FRIGHT NIGHT CELEBRITY DESSERT PARTY! Mix and mingle with horror fans and celebrities: pretty cool! Complimentary to Gold and Silver Weekend Attendees, separate ticket required for others. GRIS GRIMLY
Primarily known for his dark yet humorous childrens books, his visions haunt the imagination of people of all ages. Gris Grimlys upcoming projects include his debut as writer/director/producer of the short film, Cannibal Flesh Riot! His influences for the short film include E.C. Horror comics and Ray Harryhausen. Gris has also completed illustrating a graphic novel type approach to The Legend of Sleepy Hollow that is heavily inspired by Victorian newspaper comics scheduled for a 2007 release. He is also collaborating with Neil Gaiman on a dark alphabet book that is scheduled for 2008.
