I'm pretty easy going when it comes to stuff like this and have always thought those Rankin Bass production were cool whether the toons or the stop motion. What can I say, I'm such a sap.
I do have two faves though that never cease to make me laugh. Good thing I bought both on dvd as they have yet to show up on the telly.
1. The Happy Elf: Harry Connick Jr. what a freakin scream!
2. A Very Barry Christmas. An outback Aussie, a dead ringer for Santa accidentally takes his place and leaves the old fella to care for the croc, the platypus, the laid back Koala and an Auk (?) all mooches. Funny as hell.
