there was a movie with dante basco and tony todd in it, but now i hear that they arre going to have a tv series for it and flavor flav is still going to be the host, but the cast members are going to be fresh. like as freah as gary busey, ray j, and tiny lester...it sounds like this show is going to be pretty exciting already it comes out on august 7 on tbs/wgn at 11pm. dont miss it!

Friday the 13th the series

So, do ya have a big one? Television set, that is. The reason I've used the innuendo is because I kinda figure that most women don't care about having the newest in electronic toys. Am I right? My wife Mary, at least, proves me right. Currently we are watching a very large and cumbersome 32 inch JVC CRT that we bought 8 years ago. At the time it was the biggest one you could buy. Whedon's Dollhouse

Joss Whedon (of Buffyverse fame) is returning to television with Dollhouse, a sci-fi/adventure series starring Eliza Dushku AKA Faith. Not sure of the particulars, but I'm sure Jekyll will be all over this one. ;)

I'm not real crazy about the whole reality TV craze, but lately I've been watching reruns of Gene Simmons Family Jewels. Ya gotta admit, like em or not, at least they're not The Osbournes. I find it amusing that no matter how rich he is, or how big a rock star he was, Gene Simmons just doesn't seem to get no respect. ;)

Kinda funny, the rerun from the other night had the Simmons clan camping. I had to admire the way Gene's "wife" gutted the catch of...

I'm pretty easy going when it comes to stuff like this and have always thought those Rankin Bass production were cool whether the toons or the stop motion. What can I say, I'm such a sap.
I do have two faves though that never cease to make me laugh. Good thing I bought both on dvd as they have yet to show up on the telly.

very cool idea! leave it to TMC to have a night dedicated to the silent movies... For the month of December--Silent Sunday whether horror or not, i always thought silents had a creepy element to them... what a fun xmas present!
